Rock House Candy and Ice Cream is an absolute gem! This family-owned shop is not only adorable inside and out, but it’s also bursting with personality and charm. The moment you arrive, you’re greeted by fun and unique lighting out front that makes it feel festive and welcoming. I picked up a bunch of different chocolates such as peanut butter cups, dark chocolate sea salt toffee, and dark chocolate truffles all of which are beautifully made. Inside, the variety is incredible — there’s truly something for everyone. From homemade chocolates and hand-crafted candies to creative treats like ice cream nachos, it’s clear the owners pour love and care into every item. The quality is top-tier, and you can tell they genuinely care about the products they offer and the community they serve. Come support this family business!

Super impressed with remodel, and what new ownership did; it was great before, but better now. I met owner, and he's very nice and helpful. His daughter makes all the amazing looking chocolate truffles Great prices on food, good ice cream, cozy and homey place to hang out. And right next door to the lake at Palmer Lake, great family place all around. (One of the reviews says the ice cream scoops are smaller, but I completely disagree. Seems like they're the same size to me.)

This is an awesome little shop. Charming ambiance and a beautiful variety of ice creams, candy, and chocolate, much of it homemade. It has the warmth and ambiance of an old-fashioned mom-n-pop candy shop with loads of little blasts from the past like pop rocks and candy dots. I had a chocolate malt and it was excellent. All of the folks in our group loved what we got. On top of that, the service was friendly and pretty quick despite how busy they were. If I lived anywhere near Palmer Lake, I'd be there much too often for my own good health. Highly recommend!

We stopped in for ice cream and loved this cozy place! The ice cream was delicious and the prices were reasonable. They have sandwiches, homemade popcorn, and lots of chocolate. The staff was friendly and helpful. In the back of tbe store they have fun socks, t-shirts, small candies and gifts. The store was clean and decorated like an old time ice cream parlor. The owners were there working hard with the staff but stopped to chat with me. Stop by, you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely wonderful! The best ice cream around. The price was good for the amount of ice cream. I got 2 scoop chocolate dipped waffle cone with Mississippi mud and chocolate chip peanut butter... so tasty!! I can't wait to come back! Chocolate was all the way down the inside of the cone, again was very tasty!

Great place for sweet treats and gifts. Plenty of candy options, pie and ice cream choices. Creamy, sweet and flavorful scoop options at reasonable prices. Limited seating inside and patio seating outside. Ample parking surrounding the building. Staff is helpful, friendly and fast. Always a great stop when in the area, 5he locals are lucky to have this place.

Great ice cream! Our kiddos love the atmosphere. They sit outside and wave to passing cars (beep, beep, honk!) Also…This ice cream place has an awesome little shop you can purchase all kinds of fun gift items from. They support local artists and you should too! Enjoy a moment in Palmer Lake, Colorado.
